SHIPPING

We always aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days. 

Orders received after 5pm are treated as ordered the next day. Please allow more time during the holiday period.

We usually ship via USPS. Please allow up to 7 days. 

Should you prefer a specific shipping carrier or need your order swiftly, email us at info@mangostreet.love and we will inform you of any extra cost.

We reuse clean paper, bubble wrap and at times envelopes and boxes to package your items to help keep costs as low as possible.

NOTE

We advise you to double check measurements (may vary by mm's) and bare in mind that due to lighting and different viewing devices, colors may vary from our photos. We try our very best to capture items as close to their original state as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you need more details.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns. 

Please email us FIRST at info@mangostreet.love for approval within 14 days of delivery date as per tracking. 

For approved returns, we ask that you package the item securely. 

RETURN SHIPPING COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE INSURANCE. We will not be responsible for any transit damage or lost in transit.

We will email you once we have received your returning item and issue a refund. Please allow up to 5 days.
